1. The ACTUAL method accepted by us will be Gross Calorific Value (GCV), Air Dried Basis (ADB), calculated with Gross as Dried (GAD). We did not accept and will reject the following method: i) Gross Calorific Value (GCV), "as Received Basis" (ARB), calculated with GAR (Gross as Received); or ii) Net Calorific Value (NCV), "as Received Basis" (ARB), calculated with NAR (Net as Received).

2. Price for CIF/CFR will be given upon request and we need destination port for freight calculation. Bear in mind

different shipping companies have different ship/freight rate of their own. We will quote at indicative price.

3. Price quoted above are NETT based on 100% DLC at sight loading port (without fee/commission)

4. Price validity: BASED ON MARKET FACTORS (incl currency exchange rate, price reviewed by the Minister, daily commodity trading market).

5. The price offered may be subject to change without notice.

Procedures (basic)

1. buyer issue formal LOI (company letter head complete with address and signed by Endbuyer/managerorrepresentative)

2. seller issue FCO; buyer give confirmation with sign seal and return or ICPO

3. buyer send Draft SPA Contract for review by both side

4. SPA Contract Sign

5. Activate payment instrument

6. Mining Inspection 1 weeks after Signing SPA Contract

7. Shipment commence

1. All negotiations are done online. No TTM unless signing the final contract in place.

2. Only a fully executed final contract will guarantee the price, terms, quantity and time frame between Buyer and Seller.
